Cade by Liliana Hart

Okay this is the sixth book in The McKenzie family series and this is only the second one in this series that I have read and I loved it, it was so sexy and exciting. Cade is riddled with guilt from his past over the death of his lover and is hell bent on getting revenge on the man that killed her, while Bayleigh is a lingerie store owner who is just trying to move on from being stood up at the alter and dealing with insecurities that her ex left her with. It’s lust at first sight for both of them and despite the danger surrounding him Cade starts an affair with Bayleigh and decides to use her as bait to draw out his enemies but doesn’t expect to fall in love with Bayleigh in the process. It is a read that will grip you from the start and keep you hanging on to the very end and it is extremely sexy and will have you panting and wanting more. If you have not read this then you should get on that right now!

Light Him Up by Candice Terry

Krischa thought she’d found the perfect guy the night the hot dark haired blue eyed stranger walked into the club only to find out she may have met the devil himself. After 10 years of being used and abused Krischa decides she can’t let her life end this way and it might be time to show him just how dangerous an angry southern woman can be.
I would have to give this book an even 3 star because it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t amazing either it did however draw me in and keep me reading it. Although while I was reading I kept thinking of the movie The Burning Bed and that is most defiantly what this book reminds me of. It’s a well written book and has a very strong character in Krischa but throughout it especially towards the end all I kept thinking about was the movie and how I’ve heard this story before just with a much different ending on how things played out for Krischa. Despite the resemblance to The Burning Bed it was a good read and it would be something I would recommend to others.

Knotted Roots by Ruthie Kight

I just finished this book and it was like riding an emotional roller coaster : it was frustrating, happy and sad all at once. Roxi the main character is sent to live with a grandma she had only ever met once while her parents go through a divorce and Roxi is not thrilled about being shipped off to leave the glamorous pampered life she lives behind. I have to be honest at first I couldnt stand Roxi I totally just wanted to give up on her and just walk away she was so frustrating with how she was on her woo is me trip and how she treated everyone but I am so glad I didnt yes she was still frustrating throughout the book I wanted to slap her but she had her good and funny moments too. And then she had her moments that really tested her and her strength as a person. Now only one book has ever made me truely cry before when I read it but this book brought tears to my eyes it is so well written you feel as if you are one of the characters going through what Roxi is going through so thank you Ruthi Kight for bringing these characters to life and telling their story so beautifully I will be recommending this book to others.

“I dont want to go all Dom on you now, baby, but I need words…”

In make me stay you meet Gracie a natarul submissive and Cade a reluctent Dom.
Cade dumps Gracie for fear he will hurt her and when he does she goes and meets a master who teaches her how to be a better submissive for Cade after two years she shows up at Cades office determined to proove to him that he cant hurt her and they are meant to be, but she is keeping a secret from Cade that when it comes to light may just destroy all the progress theyve made in rekindling their relationship. Is Cade strong enough to look past the secret Gracie has or will he walk out on her again?

Got your attention? well good because this was a super sweet and sexy as hell read and if you havent read it yet you are missing out. Ella Jade has (for me at least) brought two characters to life who I could totally relate with and understand what they were each going through and I found myself wanting to crawl into the book to try to help them on their ways. I cant wait for more stories like this from Mrs.Jade.

Red, White, and Sensual by Bec Bec Botefuhr

OMG! I just finished reading this and its the first book I have ever read by this author and needless to say I will be reading her other books and any more she may come out with. This book was absolutly amazing from start to finish I could not put it down I just wanted to keep reading to see what was going to happen next. Now the ending is a cliffhanger and I literally screamed “NO! Keep going!” when I finished and I cant wait to continue reading about Sierra and Marcus and what becomes of their relationship. This book was so well written and sexy it had me blushing and panting on the sex scenes. This is an absolute must read.

Taking Karre by Michelle M. Pillow

Okay I was a little confused at first when I started reading the chapters but I figured out how Michelle M. Pillow was writing it and I’ve gotta say despite that second of confusion I really loved this book I read it in one night I just couldn’t put it down and when I did I picked it right back up because I wanted to see what would happen next with Karre and Sir Vidar. I loved Karre despite her secrets she was a strong and determined woman who eventually came into her own and I loved that in a heroine. Sir Vidar was so sexy and easy to love a true hero. This book will have you entranced from beginning to end you wont be able to put it down and once you do get to the end you’ll be wanting more. If you have not read this yet then you really, really should fabulous book, cant wait to read more in this Divinity Warriors series thank you Michelle M. Pillow for the amazing read and fantastic characters!

The Book Waitress Series Volume One by Deena Remial

This has The Book Waitress, Devil Du Jour and Demon A La Mode all in one what
more could you ask for. They were three wonderfully and intriguingly written
novellas and I LOVED them. I related so well with Camille and how she is
socially awkward and so strong willed and determined, she’s a lot stronger than
what she believes herself to be. If you haven’t read this book yet then you
really should it’s engaging and the characters are wonderful and easy to love,
especially JaxSynn *Swoons*, Deena had me feeling like I was right there with
Camille helping her in her time of need and I am so excited to see what happens
with Camille and Derek and JaxSynn. There are some corky one liners in there as
well that will have you laughing as well all in all this is one read you don’t
want to miss out on!
